Pricing Details

Contextual AI uses a multi-tier pricing model that includes On-demand (pay-as-you-go), Component APIs (consumption-based), and Enterprise (custom pricing). There is no permanent free plan, but when users start with the On-demand plan, they receive an initial $25 credit as Free Credits. The On-demand plan is a pay-as-you-go model that offers high flexibility, with an unlimited number of users, agents, and datastores, though it includes only a single workspace. The plan includes user permissions management, security compliance such as SOC2 Type II and HIPAA, and usage analytics. It also supports SaaS deployment and supports data ingestion in various formats, such as text documents, structured and unstructured data, and a UI-based ingestion interface. Some features, such as Continuous Ingestion and advanced integrations, require contacting sales, as integrations in this plan are limited to just one, and support is not dedicated. Component APIs, on the other hand, are based on pay-as-you-go pricing for each service separately. The Parse service for document analysis includes: Basic at $3 per 1,000 pages, and Standard at $40 per 1,000 pages. The Rerank service is priced at $0.05 per million tokens for the v2 version and $0.02 per million tokens for the mini version. The Generate service includes an input cost of $3 per 1M tokens and an output cost of $15 per 1M tokens, while the LMUnit service is priced at $3 per 1M tokens for input. The Enterprise plan is fully customized to the organization’s needs, offering unlimited users, unlimited workspaces, and unlimited data, with support for advanced security features such as SSO, SAML, and RBAC, as well as an uptime SLA, full support for continuous ingestion, and custom integrations on demand. It also offers hosting within a private VPC (Private Cloud) and comprehensive support that includes an engineering team, onboarding services, dedicated account management, and high-priority support, with pricing determined through direct communication with the sales team.
