Eligibility

The service is intended for people aged 16 or older. By using it you confirm that you are at least 16, that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, and that you have read and understood them.

Our services

Through the website and the mobile app, AI Bosala provides:

• AI tool directory: information about AI tools, with categories, search and filters.
• News and articles about AI.
• Tips and guides (some free, some for subscribers).
• Courses, with tracking of your progress.
• In-app assistant: an automated, rule-based assistant.
• Account features: saved tools, followed categories, daily check-ins and notifications.

We may add, change or discontinue features from time to time.

Accounts

Some features require an account, created with email and password or through Google or Apple. When you create an account you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date
• Keep your password confidential and your account secure
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, without affecting any legal rights you have that cannot be waived.

Acceptable use

You may use the service to search for tools, read news and tips, enrol in courses and contact our team. You must not:

• Break any applicable law
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or bypass the security of the service
• Use bots or scrapers to collect content in bulk without permission
• Impersonate others
• Send spam or abusive messages, or collect other users' data
• Share your account or premium content so that others can use it without a subscription

AI tool directory and chat assistant

AI tool directory

Information about tools in the directory is provided for general information only. The listed tools belong to third parties; we do not endorse, verify or guarantee them, and a listing is not a recommendation. Logos shown next to tools are shown to identify them. Prices, features and terms can change at any time, and our information may be inaccurate or out of date. Please always check the tool's own website and terms before using or buying it. We are not a party to your dealings with any tool provider.

In-app assistant

The in-app assistant is an automated, rule-based assistant. Its answers are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete; do not rely on them as professional, legal or financial advice.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are sold on the website only (not inside the mobile apps), and payments are processed by our payment provider.
• Premium gives access to premium tips and tutorials, premium courses where available, and any other premium content described on the premium page. Available content may change over time.
• Plan names, prices and currency are shown at checkout before you pay.

You can turn off automatic renewal from your account on the website. Your premium access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we may notify you and end premium access.

Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where the law gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and software of AI Bosala are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Names, logos and other marks of the tools listed in the directory belong to their respective owners. We show them only to identify those tools; this does not mean that their owners sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with AI Bosala. If you own a mark shown here and would like it changed or removed, contact us at contact@bosala.ai.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service and view its content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell or systematically extract our content beyond that without our prior written permission.

Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings), on the website at /account/delete, or by emailing contact@bosala.ai. Deletion is permanent; our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, give false information, or engage in harmful or illegal activity. Where reasonable and practical we will notify you first, unless the matter is serious or urgent or we are legally required to act.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the content or information about third-party tools is accurate.

Subject to the paragraph below, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, service interruptions or delays, or the acts or omissions of third parties, including the providers of listed tools.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes by a notice on the website or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the service after the notice and after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account. EU consumers keep their statutory rights in all cases.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where AI Bosala is established, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
