The service operates on a freemium model, allowing new customers to use a free credit to try out the tool before transitioning to a paid plan based on the volume of text and voice features required. The free plan provides up to $300 in credit that can be used to try Google Cloud Text-to-Speech and other Google Cloud products. Once the free credit is exhausted, fees are calculated based on the number of characters or the length of the generated audio, with full access to all voices, languages, dialects, and advanced customization options.
